Disable (untic) bashed patch Then rebuild for new save. Rebuild Bashed patch, without immersive creatures. Things to try if save wont load fully into game. Look at the new save in Wrye bash, if purple(it will be) you are clean and in sync.

I'm assuming 64 bit version will still have scripts that stick around if a mod is removed that had scripts running. Look look for orphaned scripts in the new save (script cleaner). Several quests in Skyrim can cause save bloat, if Unoffiical Patches are not present. Nazenn's list has mods that are known to create save bloating.
